Springtime in the Rockies

I switched back to canvas panel for today's painting. If you look carefully you can see the texture peeking through - especially in the clouds where I did a lot of scraping off of paint.

    Just as I do when in the car and driving through areas with grasses and trees au naturel, I am reminded of the days when the Indians roamed and lived off the land, when the buffalo and wild horses ran free and unfettered. Another stunner, Jane!
